GBA Financial Concepts, Inc. — CODE OF CONDUCT<br>All Members of the Association of Financial Educators, LLC (the "Association") agree to the following Code of<br>Conduct for all events, workshops, and seminars connected with or arranged by the Association, and for all related<br>actions (together, the “Events”). As a Member, I understand, acknowledge, and agree that:<br>I will treat all clients and potential clients ethically and with utmost integrity and honesty.<br>I will Deter and report any professional wrongdoing.<br>I will cultivate a culture of transparency and accountability.<br>I will accept personal responsibility for my actions and words.<br>I will conduct all Events with the highest degree of professionalism.<br>I will distribute, collect, and return to the Association within two (02) business days of any Event conducted, all<br>sign-in sheets and Event evaluation forms. If any attendee to any Event refuses to sign in on the sign in sheet, I will<br>make a note on the sign in sheet so that all attendees are accounted for.<br>I will attend webinar Event trainer, training sessions (train the trainer) and fill out and return to the Association<br>within two (02) business days, applicable surveys and/or evaluation forms when requested by the Association.<br>I will provide the Association with a real-time online calendar OR will block three (03) full business days in advance<br>each month that the Association will use to schedule introductory meetings with organizations or groups.<br>Any reschedules or cancellations initiated by me that result in previously scheduled meetings being in turn cancelled<br>by the organization or group, given that said meeting was scheduled in accordance with eight (08) above, will be my<br>responsibility and the Association’s obligation will be considered met in full.<br>I will not discriminate against any individual, organization, or group based on the basis of race, color, religion<br>(creed), gender, gender expression, age, national origin (ancestry), disability, marital status, sexual orientation,<br>income, job/career, industry, or military status.<br>The Association will provide me meetings with organizations or groups that are interested in conducting workshops;<br>however it’s ultimately my responsibility to get the organizations or groups to move forward with conducting<br>workshops. I understand that not all organizations or groups will move forward with conducting workshops.<br>I will avoid potential conflicts of interests, including situations where my own individual, private interests may<br>interfere in any way with the interests of the Event’s participants or the Association.<br>I will abide by all laws, including the U.S. Foreign Corrupt Practices Act and state anti-bribery and corruption laws.<br>I will keep private all confidential and/or personal data entrusted to me by Event participants or the Association.<br>I will maintain all licenses necessary to lead or to participate in an Event.<br>I will fulfill the letter and the spirit of this Code of Conduct.<br>I also agree that as a Member, I understand, acknowledge, and agree that I will not:<br>Speak about, offer, or promote specific products or companies during any Event. I understand that the Events are for<br>educational and training purposes only.<br>Accept compensation or gifts from any person or entity for participation in any Event.<br>Offer or give gifts to anyone in order to influence anyone’s actions in connection with any Event.<br>Give, promise, or offer anything of value, no matter how small, to any client or potential client, government<br>employee, or other person, for the purpose of improperly influencing a decision, securing an advantage, avoiding a<br>disadvantage, or obtaining or retaining business.<br>Attempt to do, or allow or encourage anyone else to do, any of the prohibited actions noted above.
